1. Website & Delivery Requests

These terms apply to the DIMITTI website and requests for DIMITTI Luxury Herbal Clay Bar. Read them together with our Privacy Policy before submitting your details. Questions can be sent to contact.dimitti@gmail.com.

Submitting the form sends a delivery request. The acknowledgement and reference number confirm receipt only; they do not confirm availability, dispatch or payment. Our team must confirm the arrangements with you before dispatch.

2. Prices, Charges & Payment

Pack prices displayed on the storefront may change. Before you agree to proceed, we confirm the selected pack, current price, any applicable taxes, delivery charges, total amount and available payment method. Do not make a payment until those details have been confirmed.

This website has no online checkout or payment gateway. No payment is collected by submitting the request form. Any later payment arrangement does not remove rights that apply under consumer law.

3. Availability, Dispatch & Delivery

Requests depend on stock and serviceability of your address in India. We confirm availability and an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe when we contact you. An acknowledgement is not a delivery guarantee. If arrangements change, contact us using your request reference.

Provide accurate contact and address details, and tell us about corrections before dispatch. We may decline requests with invalid information, repeated submissions or suspected misuse. Any applicable refund for a declined request will be addressed with you.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

To cancel or change a request before dispatch, email contact.dimitti@gmail.com with your reference. Submitting the form alone creates no payment obligation or cancellation charge.

If a delivery is damaged, incorrect, defective, missing or delayed, contact us with the reference and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess a product or packaging issue. Keep the packaging where practical, and contact us before sending an item back.

We will review the issue and explain the available correction, replacement, return or refund and the next steps. Where a refund is due for a payment arranged separately, we will confirm its amount, method and expected processing time. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies or rights available under applicable consumer law.

5. Cosmetic Use & Product Information

DIMITTI Luxury Herbal Clay Bar is intended for external cosmetic cleansing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Review the complete ingredient list and usage directions on the packaging before use. Individual sensitivities can occur; patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Product suitability varies by person. For ingredient questions or supporting product information, contact us before requesting delivery. Website descriptions do not replace the information on the supplied product label.

6. Handmade Variations

Handmade bars may vary in appearance, colour and aroma. Pack descriptions indicate the selected quantity and approximate bar weight. Natural variation does not limit your right to report an incorrect, defective or misdescribed product.

7. Website Materials

DIMITTI website materials, branding and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not use them to impersonate DIMITTI or imply an endorsement without permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

8. Applicable Law & Complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. They do not limit mandatory consumer protections or your right to approach an appropriate consumer authority or court.

9. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively replace arrangements already confirmed with you without your agreement or as required by law.
